These terms apply when you buy or use a card from KardBliss (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

Personalised digital greeting cards and invitations — birthday, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Indian and Western weddings and other occasions — delivered as a private web link you can share, for example on WhatsApp. Nothing physical is shipped.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the site before you pay and are the full amount you are charged. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, text and photos you put on a card. Only upload photos — and, on Premium, music — that you have the right to use and share, and nothing unlawful, hateful or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove a card that breaks these rules.

Your card link

Anyone with the link can open the card, so share it with the people you intend. We keep card links working for at least 12 months after purchase. Wedding RSVP replies are visible only on the private link we give the family.

Changes and mistakes

Check spellings, dates and venues in the preview before paying. If something needs correcting after purchase, contact us and we'll help — see our Refunds & cancellations policy.

Liability

We work hard to keep cards available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
